  1. Hi Rose

Firstly wanted to say thanks for visiting my blog and taking the time to comment. I always visit a new commenters blog and hopefully can comment while I am there.

I am no artist although both my parents have creative genes. I love writing so I guess my creativity comes out in that way. My father could draw, paint, play several musical instruments so was a very talented guy. My mother has made beautiful silver jewellery and now does beading.

I spotted Van Gogh in your sidebar and thought I could definitely comment on him. My very favourite painter along with Claude Monet.

Have visited the Netherlands and had the privilege to enjoy viewing some of Van Gogh’s brilliant paintings. I so enjoyed that visit.

I also enjoyed your guest post over at Rick’s blog too. He is indeed a gifted writer and I learn a lot from him about marketing and blogging in general.

Hope the coming year is one where your hopes and plans happen for you Rose. All the best for 2011.

Thank you for your visit and kind comment.
Van Gogh is also my most favourite painter. I think he is one of the best painter in the world history. But he was not lucky in his life time. Most of his paintings became famous after his died.

I wish you a wonderful Christmas and all the best for the year 2011.
